Cayman Islands. Boring.
Seriously. There is very little that Cayman Island have got to offer other than swimming in the ocean, snorkeling, swimming with stingrays. There is even very limited shopping. I cannot recommend Cayman islands for anything but lounging on the beach in one of the fancy resorts and maybe try jetskis.
