Ethiopia. Aggressive.

Ethiopia is a great country to travel and explore. However, it comes across as a little aggressive. Particularly towards Eritrea. Ethiopia, for some unknown reason, does not want to honour the UN resolution regarding the demarkation between the two countries, and continues disputing the border and threaten Eritrea with war. This war sounds to be imminent.

Anyway, Ethiopia’s fantastic landscape, superb historical places of Lake Tana, Gondar and Lalibela, as well as other, UNESCO listed World Heritage Sites, Aksum, Harar, make the state a great holiday destination. People were also friendly and exceptionally good-looking.

My favourite place was Lalibela and its rock hewn churches. It also had probably most friendly people.
