Fiji. Friendly.

Fiji was never really on the wish list. Not that much. Yet, when the opportunity presented itself with connecting flights, I went. I visited the main island, Viti Levu. Its western side, near Nadi and its eastern side, where Fiji’s capital city of Suva is located.

It was a great experience. The Fijians were very friendly and approachable people. The country’s landscape was very dramatic and the beaches were exceptionally picturesque. The archipelago has more to offer, so perhaps this country is one to be visited again.
