I loved Riga. It had this great Hanseatic feel and the squares filled with beer places offering the Paulaner! It was a great pleasure to wander around the old town. I made a mistake and went to see parts of the upcountry by train. It was excruciatingly slow! The Sigulda and Krimulda castles were interesting, but I expected a little more...
