Sierra Leone. Unreconciled.

I was rather unimpressed to learn that the RUF monsters, who bestially destroyed thousands of families during the recent civil war, were still around among the general population. Well, I somehow expected that this might be the case, so I asked everyone I met whether they were the demons. I did not want to become a friend of one.

Luckily, I did not meet any. I met two interesting young guys. The younger one was an orphan. His mum was killed by the RUF and, as a small boy, he was forced to see his uncle murdering his dad. Over diamonds.
